Captain accused of negligent homicide, orders violations, and dereliction of duty. After an Article 32 pretrial investigation we successfully negotiated a resolution to the case that allowed the Captain to contest one specification of negligent dereliction of duty at Nonjudicial Punishment and have all criminal charges dismissed with prejudice. Staff Sergeant accused of multiple specifications of willful dereliction of duty and multiple specifications of altering public records. The case was tried before a jury with mixed findings. Retired Army Special Forces Sergeant denied renewal of his security clearance required for his job as a defense contractor. After responding to questions from the Defense Office of Hearing and Appeals, we requested a hearing. Result: Administrative Law Judge granted the request for a security clearance.

Represented a Soldier accused of fraudulently separating from the Army while pending serious allegations that were being investigated by Army CID and prosecutors. Tried before a Military Judge. Not Guilty and the soldier was then honorably discharged.

Represented a Chief Warrant Officer accused of indecent assault while in Iraq. At a Board of Inquiry, the members closed with case without substantiating any misconduct. Case Closed.

Represented a Petty Officer in Japan accused of wrongfully disposing ammunition, conspiracy, and obstruction of justice. Contested at a Jury trial: Not Guilty.
